Process Water
Process Water
Water is a central element in a wide variety of manufacturing processes: From the industrial sector to chemical companies to food production. The availability of water is a constantly growing problem. The water must meet the quality requirements of the process and should not contain any foreign chemical residues.
In the pipe systems of your plant technology, agglomeration and deposits of organic as well as inorganic substances are highly undesirable from both a technical and hygienic point of view. Living bacteria in low concentrations in the free aqueous phase are usually not a problem for technical systems as long as there are ways to minimise agglomeration processes in water supply networks. With special heterogeneous MOL catalysts, the formation of deposits in the water is minimised. At the same time, the formation of biofilms is sustainably suppressed.
The use of this special catalyst technology leads to a more efficient water supply process with reduced use of chemicals. It also improves the performance of your plant technology. In many cases, the use of conventional biocides can be dispensed with. With the MOL technology, the specifications of the regulations are safely adhered to.
Your advantages with the MOL technology
- Simple – in use
- Safe – in handling
- Economical – in operation
